I took a walk in the woods, camera in hand, to capture the colours of fall. I found beautiful beeches all bloody and red, majestic maples the colour of pumpkins, and kicked through muddy brown oak leaves. The road leading into Lake Windermere was festive with fall colour Stands of deciduous trees along the verge looked like carnival clowns holding giant bunches of yellow, orange, red and green balloons
The trees were skirted by pools of autumn gold and rust coloured leaves. When the wind blew the pools animated. Leaves took to the air in an elegant dance, pirouetting  around the tree trunks to their own orchestral rustling. When the wind calmed, the dance ended and the leaves landed to form new pools that looked identical to the ones they were in before they started to frolic.

Landscape photography is difficult to define. The more landscape photography I do, the broader my definition becomes.
For me, landscape photography is not so much about what is contained in the image, but what it portrays about a place.
While a landscape photograph might be a wide-angle image of a pristine lake or a brooch of snow draped  heaven-kissing mountain, it might just as well be a surreal waterfall.
If the lake, and the heaven kissing mountain image each reveal something significant about a place, its inhabitants, or its conditions and evoke an emotional response in the viewer, they qualify as landscape photographs in my book.

Sunset Colors

A sunset is a beautiful and mystifying  vivid creation of the nature that leaves a great image in my mind. I enjoy looking into the horizon of the sea where the sky and the water  merge together.  As the sunset starts  the sun drowned in the horizon, it's rays of light glimmering behind the clouds changed its colour from creamy yellow to blazing crimson. The rays does’nt reach the land any more. Some parts of the landscape starts getting dark as though the sun goes down. The difference in its position in a short time period is noticeable. In few seconds the sun turns all red and its red colour spreads all over the sky.

City Lights

“There are so much beauty when your eyes lay lost in  all the city lights”

The effect of light is to make things manifest, and to direct us  the way. City lights draw us together no matter where we reside. There is some things so amazing about the way one feels when they see gleaming lights in the cool of light and specially at the top of hills.

City at nights from a bird's eye view, seems like speckles of various colours in combination to form a bokeh effect of a photograph. Flickering lights, white, reds and blue – a dazzling array of colours fit together perfectly like a jigsaw puzzle. Monolithic towers, painted structures. Each corner are throbbed with activities.
